________ We require a $25.00 deposit for all FIRST TIME customers nonrefundable . The deposit is taken at the time of making the reservation and is payable by cash, check, VISA or MASTERCARD.  If you need to cancel the deposit can be used any time in the next 365 days from deposit.

________ The rates for kenneling dogs is $21.00 per night per run for a single dog, $31.00 per night for 2 dogs in the same run and $10.00 per night for each additional dog in the same run. Cats are $10.50 per night per run for a single cat and $6.50 per night for each additional cat in the same run.

________ There is a full day charge for each pet being picked up in the afternoon , or dropped off in the morning to reserve the run for the day, there is a 1/2 day only charge for pets being picked up in the AM, or dropped off in the PM.

________ FLEAS: if your dog has fleas while boarding at Dog Holiday, he will AUTOMATICALLY get a flea bath and a one month dose of topical flea treatment, if available. Owner is responsible for all charges pertaining to said services.

________THERE IS A $10 CHARGE FOR OFF HOURS PICK-UP OR DROP OFF. PLUS ANY PICK UP AFTER 7P IS ANOTHER DAY CHARGE  OR ANY DROP OFF BEFORE 8:30 AM

________ If you need to pick up the dog/cat later than the specified time, please call. There is a $10.00 charge on top of the regular bill for extended stay without notice or confirmation as the run may have been booked already. If you call in advance there will be no extra charge.

________ There is a $25.00 charge for any  returned check.

________ There is a minimum charge of 75 cents for each time medication is being given that is not pills. The charge depends on the difficulty and type of medication being dispensed. 

________ All dogs brought into and out of the kennel must be on a leash and under the owners control until the staff takes charge of your dog.

 This is a contract between Dog Holiday Kennel and the owner of the above named animal(s). The kennel agrees to exercise due and reasonable care, and to keep the kennel premises sanitary and properly enclosed. The animal is to be fed properly and regularly and be housed in clean and safe quarters. All animals are boarded or are otherwise handled or cared for by kennel staff, without liability on the kennel’s part for loss or damage due to disease, theft, fire, death, escape, injury or harm to persons, other dogs or property of said dogs, or unavoidable causes provided diligence and care having been exercised. Dog Holiday will not take responsibility for any female in heat. Owner agrees to pay Dog Holiday for all boarding services and accessory services at the time the animal is picked up. Owner further agrees that the animal cannot be picked up until the owner has paid all charges in full. Owner further agrees that any legal costs, as a result of unpaid or disputed funds, incurred by Dog Holiday for the owner of said animal(s) shall be paid to Dog Holiday.

Reasonable  and responsible care is taken when dogs are released into the yards. Unfortunately for the safety of the dogs, all collars are removed to prevent injury with regard to playing, rough-housing or potential disputes between dogs. There is always a higher potential for injury under these circumstances so if you agree to your dogs playing with other dogs Dog Holiday Kennel will not be liable for  injury for disputes between dogs.

If you choose to have your dog walked, because of the nature of this activity which requires us to leave the security of the kennel, there is opportunity for escape. All dogs and walkers are provided with safety equipment to minimize the danger, yet potential for an incident is still a possibility and Dog Holiday will not be held liable for escape or injury.

The owner agrees to take responsibility for liability when their dog is walked by Dog Holiday Kennel . If Dog Holiday Kennel is found liable for any kind of negligence we will only be held liable for a maximum of one hundred  dollars in damage no matter what the circumstances are including being found liable in a court of law. This contract also will cover future rate hikes and changes to routines or otherwise by Dog Holiday Kennel without further notice. This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties. By signing this contract you agree to the terms and conditions stated herewith.
